A Dominican, Brooklyn native, Kaden grew up with muscular dystrophy.
His mother passed away when he was five, leaving him and his younger sister alone with their abusive father. With his condition, his sister took the brunt of their father’s abuse, leaving Kaden feeling ashamed, powerless, and weak.
Everything changed for Kaden when he became a subject of the Restore Program, which not only cured his condition but gave him enhanced strength. He used his new strength to confront his father, however, his rage was so severe, he unintentionally beat his dad half to death.
On the run, Kaden lives in solitude haunted by the thought that he might not be so different from his old man.
